`c` is a Python project providing import machinery for
automatic compilation of C-API extension modules on import.

Requirements
============

A working Python interpreter that supports the C-API.
A working C compiler whose information is available in the sysconfig module.

Defense
=======

Working with extension modules in distutils is painful at best.
