Two passes. One review. Nothing moves until you approve it.
Pass 1 — Analyze runs everything read-only and rehearsed, and produces one sealed proposal. Pass 2 — Execute runs exactly the sections you approve, hash-bound to that proposal, then verifies. Duplicates are staged to a same-drive folder — tidydisk never deletes; disposal of staged files stays yours.
Pass 1 — analyze everything
Read-only + rehearsed: library scan, per-source verdicts, every applicable plan, the full-signal review set, the critic panel (if [llm] is enabled), a hinted re-plan, and a per-section rehearsal. Output: one sealed proposal to review. The ops journal is untouched.

Pass 2 — execution
Guided mode
The original one-source stepper: point at a messy folder and your library, review each interim output, then execute the organize step. For multi-source analysis, dedup and library repair, use the 2-pass flow instead.
