PyCForge 1.3.0 — release verification

One complete installation contains all advanced Typed/Runtime conversions,
current editor tools, PCFC11 dialog/build integration, module Open/New/close
fixes and the resource-lifecycle improvements.

Final full suite: 1,638 passed, 19 skipped, 4,233 subtests passed; zero failures.
Final installed package: 35 PCFC11/dialog/module regressions and 8 subtests
passed. Installed editor, startup, all 21 Help pages, both conversion modes and
editor processes passed. The installed three-module file example matched
Python and expected output bytes.

The 19 full-suite skips comprise 18 historical predecessor archive checks
whose sealed archives are unavailable and one test for a no-PySide6 environment.
They are not skipped current feature or PCFC11 tests in this final run.

815 wheel package files match current source bytes. The wheel includes all
14 runtime conversion files and 7 Windows compatibility headers. All advanced
source paths and every implementation/test path from the older package are
present. Of 126 converter files, 125 match the advanced snapshot byte-for-byte;
the one difference preserves the PCFC11 logical-expression parentheses fix.

README: 159 lines, exactly the two original screenshot URLs. No PyPI release
was published. PCFC11 remains separately installed. Native Windows execution
and actual laptop battery measurements remain outstanding.

Current evidence is in evidence/consolidation. release-suite.log/.xml are the
final full run. final-installed-* logs are final wheel checks. Earlier failed
runs are retained to show the defects discovered and corrected; they do not
represent the delivered state. Older-version reports are historical evidence,
and their instructions to choose separate versions are superseded.

Install the supplied wheel from this extracted folder on Windows:
py -m pip install --upgrade .\dist\pycforge-1.3.0-py3-none-any.whl
  py -m pycforge.ide

account and full file lists. Read PyCForge-1.3.0-Resource-Audit.txt for measured
memory/CPU behavior and remaining limitations.
