PyCForge 1.3.13 — Native Windows acceptance checks

1. Install the supplied wheel and verify the imported version:
py -m pip install --upgrade .\pycforge-1.3.13-py3-none-any.whl
   py -c "import pycforge; print(pycforge.__version__)"
Expected version: 1.3.13. Open with py -m pycforge.ide.

2. Select Runtime conversion. Open training_corpus/cases/inheritance-diamond/main.py
from the source ZIP. Convert and save the generated C. Build it with an
installed compiler profile; run the executable separately. Expected output:
   left
   right
   root
   110 110 True True

3. Convert training_corpus/cases/inheritance-mro-order/main.py. Expected output:
   ['B', 'C', 'D', 'E', 'F', 'Root'] ['D', 'E', 'F', 'Root']
Also check the mixin example under Help: Mutable classes and methods.
Its expected output is: 6 6 True

4. Convert training_corpus/cases/unsupported-inconsistent-mro/main.py. Expect a
source-located inconsistent-C3 diagnostic and no new generated C. Confirm
the failed source is not marked CURRENT / SAVE ELIGIBLE. Return to a valid
example and confirm conversion/save eligibility recovers normally.

If a check fails, retain the Python input, generated C if any, full diagnostic
text, Python version and native compiler/profile version. These checks remain
pending until performed on native Windows; Linux results do not substitute.
