PyCForge 1.3.25 — Tools split control and recent scan results

Changes
- Increased the gap between the menu divider and Tools control.
- Wrench/left side opens the normal Tools menu; Alt+T remains supported.
- Arrow/right side opens a compact, scrollable view of the session's latest Python scan.
- Compact panels show the same findings, navigate to the scanned source and share removals with the full dialog.
- No scan, scan in progress, no errors/issues, all findings removed, failed/cancelled scans and stale source have distinct feedback.
- Open full scan returns to the existing dialog without starting another scan.
- Closing popups clears pressed and hover state; visible keyboard focus retains its focus border.
- Retains the v1.3.24 removal of the expandable scan-scope row.

Verification
- 92 tests passed across split-button interactions, existing scan UI, Run Python UI and Python-check analysis regressions.
- After adaptive-height refinement, 9 split-control tests passed again at normal scale.
- 10 split-control tests passed at 150% Qt display scaling, including actual nested context-menu removal.
- Repeated menu-item selection and Escape dismissal verified; stale findings cannot navigate.
- A 40-finding scan remains scrollable and inside the screen; keyboard activation navigates correctly.
- Rendered control, normal Tools menu and compact results visually inspected.
- Python-check engine and all other package code outside the listed UI/version/help files are byte-identical to v1.3.24.
- Tests ran on Linux with the Qt offscreen platform, not native Windows.

Windows check
1. Install the 1.3.25 wheel in the existing PyCForge environment.
2. Confirm a visible gap after the divider, with wrench and arrow as separate click areas.
3. Wrench opens Check Python Code / Run Python; arrow initially says No scan results.
4. Scan a module with issues. Close the dialog and click the arrow; click a finding to navigate.
5. Right-click a compact finding and remove it; reopening the full dialog should show the same remaining panels.
6. Scan clean code; confirm No errors/issues discovered by the completed checks.
7. Edit the scanned code; old findings should be marked stale and should not navigate.
8. Repeatedly open each side, use menu items, dismiss with Escape or click outside, then move the pointer away. No hover/pressed fill should remain stuck.

Dependencies and scan engine are unchanged. This is still one wheel install.
