Muninn privacy policy

Muninn is a personal assistant for its owner's use only. It runs on the owner's own computer and can only be reached through the owner's private network.

What Google data it accesses

With the owner's authorization, Muninn reads Gmail messages and the busy times in Google Calendar, creates events in the calendar the owner chooses, and creates reply drafts in Gmail. Muninn never sends any email.

Where data is kept and who it is shared with

Data is kept only on the owner's own computer. It is not sold, not shared with any third party, and not used for advertising. To sort messages and write summaries and drafts, message content is processed, as the owner has set it up, by a language model service (Anthropic's Claude), or only on the owner's computer.

Revoking access

The owner can remove Muninn's access at any time under "Third-party apps & services" in their Google Account, and delete the data on their computer.
