The read-only preset selects every admin permission ending in :read. Switch to custom only if this harness genuinely needs mutation verbs.
Why this page exists
Manual founder setup used to require issuing a key, finding the admin MCP URL, and then hand-writing JSON or TOML per harness. This page collapses that into one canonical flow and keeps snippet drift under CI.
