Choose the model each agent runs on, rename and recolour the team, and pick what the office shows. Agent changes are written to roster.json and the agent files when you save; layout changes apply right away.
The model goes into the model: line of each agent's file, so Claude Code uses it for every assignment. The PM is told which models you pinned and stops choosing one per task for those agents. Sessions that are already running keep their model until they restart.
Shown in the page titles and the top bar. The PM command is what the office tells you to run to talk to the PM.
Close the parts of the office you don't use. You can also close a side-panel tab with its × in the office; turn it back on here.
How far back the office and the Brain read session transcripts. Longer windows show more history and take longer to scan.
Where these settings live. You can edit them by hand too; the office picks changes up within a couple of seconds.
