Birchwood Avenue Renovation completes its kitchen

Birchwood Avenue Renovation completed its kitchen this month after a room-by-room renovation plan kept contractor quotes, receipts and the budget in one place.

The kitchen scope included new cabinets, quartz counters, a relocated island and new appliances, all matched to the approved renovation budget.

Project advisers said a visible record of quotes and receipts helps a homeowner decide what to approve before a contractor begins work.

The next room on the plan is the primary bathroom, with its target finish scheduled after the kitchen closeout.
