If you do not have the CSV (Comma Separated Values) file for your media, please create one (your media should be within one directory) using the Generate CSV tab. Please use the Upload Via CSV tab to upload your media through a CSV file to the server. The Upload History shows the details of all previous uploads. Please make sure your images comply with the Acceptable Formats.

This application requires functionality that is not supported by your browser. Supported browsers include IE 10, recent verions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera. To use a supported browser with this application, you may either set it as your system's default browser or simply copy the URL of this page and paste it into its address bar.

iDigBio MISC Input CSV File Format

The input CSV file includes one header line (manditory) and lines of records following it. The header line defines the format for each record line. And each record line contains the information of one media record.

The fields are separated by ','(comma) and each is surrounded by '"' (double quotation marks). Two fields must be provided: "idigbio:OriginalFileName" (the path of the media file in the local file system) and "idigbio:MediaGUID" (the GUID of the media file). Users can define any other fields.
