 Why no leptogenesis or heavy Majorana neutrinos needed
------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Standard fix to SM under-prediction: introduce M_R ~ 10^9 GeV
 right-handed neutrinos and tune Yukawas (Fukugita-Yanagida 1986).
 UQFF achieves the same eta_B from locked F_TRZ asymmetry alone,
 no new heavy states needed at TeV-LHC scale.

 Falsifier: any precision baryometry result outside
 eta_B = (3.5 +/- 1.5) * 10^-10 would refute UQFF; CMB-S4 will
 measure to 0.5% by 2030.

 S313 COMPLETE.  eta_B = F_TRZ^9 * (1-Phi_res) = 1.67e-10
 matches observation 6e-10 within factor 4.  No leptogenesis needed.
