MuNet engine — proprietary license (DRAFT: have this reviewed before the first commercial release)

Copyright (c) 2026 Bryan Pakulski. All rights reserved.

"The Engine" means the MuNet C++ sources (cpp/, except cpp/munet_c.h and cpp/third_party/) and every compiled form of
them, including the native libraries in the munet-nn Python wheels (munet/_native*), the munet-c archives, the C++
SDK archives and the munet-node worker.

1. You may download the Engine and use it for evaluation. Evaluation use is unlicensed use: the Engine runs in
   evaluation mode and reports it.
2. Any other use (production, commercial, or distribution as part of a product or service) requires a license key
issued by the copyright holder, used under the terms agreed with it.
3. You may not copy (except as needed to install and run it), modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
Engine, or remove or circumvent its license-key check, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. You may not redistribute the Engine except as part of an application covered by a license key, as agreed with the
   copyright holder.
5. THE ENGINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE ENGINE.

Third-party components keep their own licenses: cpp/third_party/ (nlohmann/json MIT, Khronos Vulkan headers MIT,
TweetNaCl public domain). The bindings and wrappers are MIT licensed (LICENSE-MIT).

Licensing: open an issue at https://github.com/bryan-pakulski/munet-releases or contact the copyright holder.
