Results generated through the scylla Nextflow workflow provided by mSCAPE.
Reads were classified using Kraken against the PlusPF database. Results should be interpreted with caution: Kraken is documented to be highly sensitive but also has a high false positive rate. It may undercall taxa which are poorly represented in the database such as viruses. For optimal virus classification we recommend using the de novo virus classification module (in development).
