足元多角形を高さ `height` の柱に押し出す(底面なし)。

頂点の並びは `V[0:k] が底の環、V[k:2k]` が天井の環(同じ順)。

側面は辺ごとに四角形 2 三角形、屋根は耳切りの三角形。外向き法線になる向きで返す。

Args:

footprint: (k,2) 局所 x,y [m]。向きは任意(内部で反時計回りに揃える)。

height: 柱の高さ [m] > 0。

base_z: 底の z [m]。

Returns:

`(V (2k,3) float64, F (m,3) int64, is_roof (m,) bool)`。

Raises:

ValueError: height ≤ 0 / 非有限、footprint が不正。
