[d ] Decided — every candidate settled, none accepted.
[u ] Untestable — the cited source is outside the indexed literature.
[··] Pending — not yet rated/decided.
In the review card you pick a decision — Accept · Caution · Needs review · Reject — and that sets the claim's mark above.
CiteVahti checks whether a claim is supported by its source — not whether the claim is true or clinically valid.
