The DataGroceries apps' own layout, so their pages work in any project, whatever its front end. A project that
wants them inside its own layout overrides this template: put a dg_core/base.html in its templates
that extends its own base, loads Bootstrap 5 and Bootstrap Icons, shows Django's messages, and has the
blocks title, extra_head, content, container_class and extra_scripts.
