Jobs fire while the scheduler runs — it comes up with
dvt serve.
Every job is a plain dvt command in this project; full logs land in
~/.dvt/logs/jobs/.
⏸ The schedule is PAUSED — nothing fires on cron. Jobs stay saved and
RUN NOW still works; flip the switch to resume.
