Pathway Volcano Plot

The volcano plot visualizes all pathways in terms of their average log2 fold change (log2FC) and statistical significance. The x-axis shows log2FC, indicating the direction and magnitude of regulation, while the y-axis shows -log10 of the adjusted p-value. Each dot represents a pathway:

  • Red: Significantly upregulated pathways (FDR ≤ 0.05 and log2FC > 0)
  • Blue: Significantly downregulated pathways (FDR ≤ 0.05 and log2FC < 0)
  • Gray: Pathways not meeting the significance threshold

Gene Volcano Plot

The volcano plot visualizes all genes in terms of their log2 fold change (log2FC) and statistical significance. The x-axis shows log2FC, indicating the direction and magnitude of regulation, while the y-axis shows -log10 of the adjusted p-value. Each dot represents a gene:

  • Red: Significantly upregulated genes (FDR ≤ 0.05 and log2FC > 1)

Pathway Table

Summary of all analyzed pathways along with relevant statistics:

  • Pathway ID: Reactome identifier for the pathway
  • Pathway Name: Descriptive title of the biological process
  • Regulation: Indicates whether the pathway is upregulated or downregulated
  • Adj. p-value: False discovery rate–adjusted p-value representing statistical significance
  • -Log10 (Adj. p-value): Transformed adjusted p-value to highlight significance levels
  • AvgFC: Average log2 fold change of genes within the pathway
  • NGenes: Number of genes associated with the pathway

Gene Expression Table
