 IMPORTANT — INCOMPLETE LICENSE FILE

This file is a placeholder. The full text of the GNU Affero General
Public License version 3 must be appended below before this package
is published to PyPI or distributed externally.

 Source of authoritative full text:
 https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.txt

Manual step (one-time, by the maintainer):

   1. Download the full AGPL v3 text from the URL above.
   2. Paste the entire text — starting from "GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC
LICENSE" header through the end of the "How to Apply These Terms
to Your New Programs" appendix — below the marker line.
   3. Verify with `wc -l LICENSE` (full file should be ~660 lines).
   4. Commit and tag the release.

This placeholder approach exists because automated tooling cannot
reliably emit the full AGPL v3 text inline; the canonical source
 must be the FSF copy.

 1. Trademark notice. The names "Concinno", "Sancio", "Cerno", "ZIQ",

Wang (王晨宣 / AI King). The AGPL v3 grant does not include any

 2. Commercial alternative. A separate commercial license is offered
for entities that cannot or will not comply with AGPL §13 (the
network-use / "SaaS" clause), or whose policy bans AGPL-licensed
dependencies. See COMMERCIAL_LICENSE.md for tiers and pricing.

 3. Sole copyright holder. All rights to Concinno are held by
Chen Syuan Wang as sole author. Acquisition or strategic
    partnership inquiries: me@ai-king.dev.
