AI TOOL DISCLOSURE
=========================================================

Portions of the initial code and documentation drafts were produced
with the assistance of ALBEDO — a session persona running on Claude
(Anthropic). AI-assisted generation does not create authorship under
applicable copyright law (U.S. Copyright Office Guidance, February 2023;
and consistent guidance from the UK Intellectual Property Office and
European Patent Office). All copyright in this Work vests exclusively
in Sheldon K. Salmon as the human author who directed, reviewed,
selected, arranged, and took creative responsibility for all outputs.

ALBEDO is a computational tool. It holds no copyright, no ownership
interest, and no authorship claim in this Work or any derivative thereof.

TRIPLE-TIME SEAL — PRIOR ART DISCLOSURE
=========================================================

The concept of binding a text hash to three simultaneous civilizational
calendar representations (Gregorian, Hebrew lunisolar, 13 Moon Dreamspell)
in a single SHA-256 seal was originated by Sheldon K. Salmon.

First documented: March 3, 2026 — AionSystem/AION-BRAIN
First public deployment: March 2026 — AionSystem/SOVEREIGN-TRACE-PROTOCOL

This Notice constitutes a public prior art record for the triple-time
seal concept under 35 U.S.C. § 102 and equivalent provisions under
the European Patent Convention Article 54 and PCT Article 33.

Any patent application claiming this concept or a material equivalent
filed after March 3, 2026 is filed with actual notice of this prior
art record (if the applicant has reviewed this Notice). This document
does not provide constructive notice in the legal sense (which requires
USPTO publication), but serves as evidence of prior art.

FROZEN-4.0 DESIGNATION
=========================================================

The designation "FROZEN-4.0" as applied to a software artifact means
that artifact has been written once, verified once, and deployed
permanently without further modification. This designation was
originated by Sheldon K. Salmon and first applied in the
Sovereign Trace Protocol. The FROZEN series (FROZEN-2.0, FROZEN-3.0,
FROZEN-4.0, etc.) continues this methodology. Use of the FROZEN
designation in derivative works must preserve attribution to its origin.

on the Python Standard Library (hashlib, json, datetime), which is
distributed under the Python Software Foundation License Version 2.
