Marketing Campaign Dates

This module extends the standard utm.campaign model with time management fields:

This module is a lightweight foundation for future reporting and analytics (e.g. ROI, profitability), to be handled by separate modules. It does not modify the existing marketing workflow and reuses the standard stage_id.

Usage

  • Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
  • Open any campaign to see the Start Date and End Date fields.
  • Use the Running, Upcoming, or Finished filters in the search bar to filter campaigns by their current date state.
  • Group campaigns by the month of their Start Date or End Date from the Group By menu. Both dates are also shown as optional columns in the list view.
  • A campaign with no Start Date set is considered Running (as long as it is not yet finished), since there is no defined start constraint. Only campaigns with an explicit future Start Date are considered Upcoming.
