1 · Put real work here

A card is a to-do first.

Add ordinary work under My to-dos. Press Enter to create it; leave it manual when all you need is a reminder.

2 · Delegate when useful

One outcome, one conversation.

You: Compare the two offers.
Agent: One coverage difference changes the choice.
You: Prepare option B.

3 · Help and settings

Ask instead of hunting through menus.

Create a to-do or use the Superboard Agent when you want a new topic, action, routine or working rule. It previews changes to the plain workspace files before saving them.

The Superboard menu contains selected maintenance functions—not a second settings maze.
Runs, threads and cache

Keep one thread for one outcome.

▶ Agent performs one round using the selected CLI and its existing access.

Continue on the same card while you are still pursuing the same result. The written thread is durable; a warm cache only makes repeated processing cheaper.

✂ New thread keeps the written history but starts a fresh provider session. Use it when you begin a different outcome or old context is getting in the way.

A cold cache loses no board work. If you are unsure, ask the agent on onboarding card 4 and it will explain using that card as the example.
