Project condition: proof of concept

Nine situations a researcher meets, through today's code and through the proof of concept. The POC column's web and status-page text is the real output of run_condition.py and status_page.py for each scenario's event log. Mac rows marked designed are phase C (§5 of docs/design-project-condition.md), not built.
