Screens: the right-click, Mac app and browser
Tidy is the only thing the page adds: the board's way out of rearranging, on a custom board, wherever you click on it. On the Mac it sits at the top of the native menu, over WebKit's own items. In the browser the page draws it. Back and Reload stay.
What appears (approximations of the platform menus)Commentary
Mac app — native menu
Browser (CLI) — HTML
| Question for you | Options |
|---|---|
| Browser, with text selected or on a link, on a custom board | A our menu (Tidy) replaces the browser's, so Copy and Open Link are lost there (rows 3–4, left as built today). B the browser's own menu wins when there is a selection or a link under the pointer; Tidy stays one click away on the Arrangement control. B is the recommendation. |
| Mac, with text selected or on a link | Tidy still on top, above WebKit's text or link items (rows 3–4). Or leave those two cases to WebKit alone, as in browser option B, so both platforms behave the same. |
