Privacy and recovery
The host stores encrypted snapshots, vault scope and storage metadata. Your recovery key and unlocked information stay inside this isolated page. A compromised device, browser extension or malicious software update can read unlocked information. This software has not been independently security-audited. Business team sharing is not included.
Keep the recovery file secure: it contains the key to your vault. To restore after storage loss, you need both your encrypted backup and recovery file. Removing a vault cannot recall downloaded copies or erase operator backups.
