Important Policy Update — Benefits and Time Off Changes

Effective immediately, several updates to employee benefits and time off
policies have been announced. All employees must review these changes and
complete the updated enrollment process through the new benefits portal.

The company has transitioned to a new benefits administration platform.
Employees should visit benefits-update.example-corp.com to verify their
current elections and update beneficiary information. The new portal
requires re-authentication using your employee ID and date of birth.
Previous portal credentials are no longer valid.

Remote work policy has been expanded to include full-time remote options
for eligible employees. Updated remote work agreements must be submitted
through the new HR portal by the end of the quarter. Employees who do not
submit updated agreements will default to the standard three-day on-site
schedule.

PTO accrual rates have been adjusted. Please consult the updated schedule
on the new benefits portal for your specific tier. Performance review
timelines remain unchanged, but the self-assessment tool has migrated
to the new platform.

Expense reimbursement submissions are now processed exclusively through
the updated portal. The previous expense management system will be
decommissioned at month end. Contact the HR helpdesk at
