PubMed Central open-access articles — CC BY, CC0 or public domain, per article

Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/tools/openftlist/ (the PMC Open Access Subset)
Suites: tables_derived, and its rotated copies in rotation_skew.

Each page is a page of one article, under that article's own license: CC BY 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 or 4.0
(476 articles), CC BY with no version stated (2, whose text names only the "Creative Commons
Attribution License"), CC0 1.0 (2) or the public domain (1). Pages are cut from the article's PDF,
and rotation_skew's copies are rotated and skewed; nothing else is changed. Each article's credit (authors, year, title,
journal, DOI, PMC id and license) and the pages cut from it are a row of pmc_articles.csv, beside
this file. An article is used only when its own license element is CC BY, CC0 or public domain and
names no non-commercial or no-derivatives term.
