Returns

You can return most items bought from Example Shop. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The refund goes back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, start a new return and place a new order.
