The five things worth knowing

A card is just a to-do.

Write it, tick it off, drag it between Now / Next / Backlog. No agent is involved until you say so.

▶ Agent runs one round.

It reads the card and its thread, works, and replies as a new turn. You always see the reply's first line on the board — expand for the rest.

Questions come back to you.

Facts get tested by the agent. Preferences get a ❓ pill or a decision sheet rendered right beside the thread. Nothing external happens without asking.

✂ New thread when the goal changes.

The written history stays; the next run starts fresh. Use it for a new outcome, not after every reply.

It's all plain text.

The whole board lives in inbox/board.md. Open it, grep it, back it up. Done cards leave the view, never the file.
