cadaclysm -- End User License Agreement (interim)

This is an interim license text. It will be replaced by the reviewed
agreement before the first paid license is sold; the terms below apply
until then.

1. The cadaclysm libraries in this archive (cadaclysm_capi and
cadaclysm_blacksmith, in every file form) are proprietary software of
Roberto De Ioris, licensed, not sold.
2. You may evaluate them without a license -- they run in full, printing a
notice on every file opened and every file written -- and use them in
   your own applications under a paid per-seat, per-product, per-server
or per-website license, or an education license issued free on request
for learning, teaching and research; and redistribute them only as a
   component of those applications.
3. Seats, products, servers and websites. A per-seat license covers one
developer: their own workstations, their internal tools, and the build
and test automation of the applications they work on. Shipping the
libraries to others takes a license for the form it takes: a product
license per application you ship to end users with the libraries inside
(one application, on every platform and in every version, any number of
installs); a server license per machine that opens or processes files
unattended on behalf of other users or systems -- a web service or API,
a conversion or ingestion pipeline, a batch job, a render or processing
farm, whether physical, virtual or a container host; a web license per
website (a domain and its subdomains) embedding the WebAssembly builds
in a site that others use -- the websites a web license names are the
   ones it covers.
4. You may not redistribute them on their own, remove or circumvent the
license check, or use them to build a competing software development kit.
5. They are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent
   permitted by law.
6. The wrappers, headers and samples published at
   https://github.com/rdeioris/cadaclysm-sdk are separately licensed under
   the Apache License 2.0.
