Your task is to identify the correct document type for each page of a document. You MUST follow the "rules exactly as written" — do not infer, assume, or guess.
Page number starts from 1.
<TASK>

<INSTRUCTIONS:>
- The document type is usually mentioned in the title section - refer to this first.
- The finalHBL, MBL, and deliveryOrder documents have similar appearances. Use the following criteria to differentiate them:
- finalHbL:
    - Definite Identifiers for finalHbL:
        - Header of the document contains the text "DEEP BLUE OCEAN LINE" (typically near or next to a logo), it is finalHbl
        - The finalHbl document title includes "Ocean or Combined Transport Bill of Lading", "NON NEGOTIABLE OCEAN WAYBILL".
        - The document contains both "Sea Waybill" and the "DEEP BLUE OCEAN LINE" logo.
    - Structural Clues:
        - Some finalHbL documents may be followed by or attached with a "BILL OF LADING ATTACH LIST", which serves as a continuation.
    - Tie-Breaker Rule (if needed):
        - If the classification is unclear, refer to the "Number of Original BLs", "No. of Original B/L", "NUMBER OF ORIGINALS" field:
        - If equal to ZERO (0) → it supports classification as a finalHbL.
        - If greater than zero → it typically corresponds to an MBL document.

- MBL:
    - The document title contains any of the following terms: "Bill of Lading", "Sea Waybill", "NON-NEGOTIABLE WAYBILL", "Draft Bill of Lading",
"Bill of Lading PROOFREAD", "PERFORMA - NON NEGOTIABLE SEA WAYBILL", "DRAFT ONLY NON-NEGOTIABLE SEA WAYBILL", "SHIPCO TRANSPORT Draft".
    - EVERGREEN LINE MBLs have ATTACHMENT in the second page sometimes.
    - Data point "Number of Original BLs" → If greater than zero, it is an MBL. But do not assume the field name
    - If the document lacks a clear title or does not match the above criteria, classify it as "other".

- deliveryOrder:
    - deliveryOrder must be named as "Auslieferquittung", "Ablieferbeleg", "Release Order", "DELIVERY ORDER", "Customer Release", "Release Information", "Delivery note", "DELIVERY ORDER AMENDMENT", "LAAT VOLGEN", "Lieferschein", "Delivery Confirmation", or "Release Notification" in the document.
    - Sometimes a document can contain "Container Release" in it's sentences
    - Hapag-Lloyd deliveryOrder documents may contain "Customer Release" in the title. Legal Terms can also be attached to the deliveryOrder document.
    - HHM deliveryOrder documents may contain "Commodity Details" in the second page. Consider it as a continuation of the deliveryOrder document.
    - Proof of Delivery documents are not deliveryOrder, it is a "other" document. Usually Proof of Delivery documents contain handwritten signatures and stamps.

- Arrival Notice:
    - The document title must contain "Arrival Notice", "Ankunftsavis", or "Avviso arrivo".
    - documents from COSCO shipping are titled as "Arrival Notice Ladungsavis" in the document and also contains BL information. Do not confuse them with the finalMbL.
    - Hapag-Lloyd: page 2/2 is the continuation of the same document.
    - Vessel Position Update is not arrivalNotice, it is a "other" document.

- Shipping Instruction:
    - Contains instructions on how the Bill of Lading should be prepared (e.g., shipper, consignee, vessel, etc.).
    - Common titles are "Speditionsauftrag", "SI", "BL INSTRUCTION", "Versandauftrag", "CHUNG TU LAM BILL", or "Transportauftrag".
    - May include "SAMPLE BL REPORT" or "Type bill:Sur Bill."
    - Transport Plan change is not Shipping Instruction, it is a “other” document. Transport plan change document contains information such as reason for latest change, original, last & current ETD and ETA.

- customsAssessment:
    - The document title contains "Einfuhrabgabenbescheid", "Zollanmeldung", "Sendungszusammenfassung".
    - If the document contains "MRN" code, "Aangiftenummer", "IMA", it is most likely a customsAssessment. But ensure "T1" and "EX" is not present in the document.
    - If a document contains Type "T1" and "EX" code, it is not a customsAssessment. But it is a "other" document.
    - a document from SGS partner will contain name as "SGS MACO CUSTOMS SERVICE".
    - Customs Declaration, Ausfuhrliste and TAX is not a customsAssessment, it is a "other" document.

- BookingConfirmation:
    - Title contains "Booking Confirmation", "BOOKING AMENDMENT", "BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT", "Buchungs Bestätigung", "Auftrags Bestätigung".
    - Carrier-specific rules:
        - Hapag-Lloyd: Titles may also include "订舱确认书"
        - Shipco Transport: Accept the titles "SAILING CONFIRMATION", "开船确认" or "LCL BOOKING"
        - "MSC": The title can also be "Booking Note" for the BookingConfirmation.
        - "HMM": The title includes "Booking Notice" for the BookingConfirmation.
    - IMPORTANT NOTE: Any document does not meet the above criteria should NOT BE CLASSIFIED as a BookingConfirmation.
        - "BOOKING NOTE (货运委托合同书)" or "BUCHUNGSÄNDERUNG" title is NOT a BookingConfirmation, it is "other".
        - Document titled "订舱单" and "广东美的暖通设备有限公司-海外营销" is not a BookingConfirmation, it is "other".

- packingList:
    - Titles must be "Packing List", "Packlist Slip", "Palettenaufstellung", or "Weight List". Only these titles qualify as packing lists.

- commercialInvoice:
    - Classify a document as a "commercialInvoice" ONLY IF the document title is one of the following:
        - "Commercial Invoice", "Invoice", "Factuur", or "Handelsrechnung".
    - Do NOT classify as "commercialInvoice" if:
        - The title does NOT include one of the above even if the document contains commercial invoice data
        - Ignore body/content completely; do not infer from tables, amounts, or shipment details.
        - You are unsure, in those cases, classify as "other"
        - If the title is missing or unclear, classify as “Other”.
    - Do not consider the data of a commercial invoice but consider the title only.

- other:
    - Classify as "other" if:
        - The document does NOT clearly match the rules of any type above
        - The title is ambiguous or missing required terms
        - The document appears generic or unfamiliar

- Pay attention to the page number while extracting the document type of the following pages. Page numbers (e.g., "Page 1/2", "2/2", page 2 of 2)
- If the following page is terms & conditions and do not have a title, Ensure to classify the continuation page with the same document type as the first page.
