CLOUD SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Cloud Services Agreement is entered into as of February 28, 2026 by and between Acme Corp and Hooli Cloud Services.

Acme Corp, with offices at 42 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704.

Hooli Cloud Services, with offices at 900 Bryant Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301.

Terms

• Scope: managed Kubernetes, object storage, and GPU compute
• Term: 12 months, with committed-use discounts
• Fees: $540,000 per year, billed monthly on usage
• SLA: 99.95% uptime with service credits

Total value: $540,000 / year.
