PIXELFORGE STUDIO — CLIENT ONBOARDING GUIDE

Version: 2025.2 — 21 July 2025

Welcome to Pixelforge. This guide explains how a video project runs from brief to delivery.

1. Brief and script

We start from your written brief. We propose concepts (the number is set in your quote), you pick one, and we write the script. Brief and script approval starts the production clock.

2. Production

A typical 90-second product video needs a one- or two-day shoot plus motion graphics. You will see a rough cut around week three.

3. Revisions

Your quote includes a fixed number of revision rounds (usually two). A round is one consolidated list of changes from one named approver. Additional rounds are charged at the rate in your quote.

4. Delivery formats

The master is delivered in 1080p and 4K; cut-downs and social versions as specified in the quote; captions as sidecar files.

5. Payment

50% deposit on acceptance, balance on delivery of the master. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
