This software ("the Software") is provided under the terms of the
PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0
(https://polyformproject.org/licenses/noncommercial/1.0.0/),
incorporated herein by reference, with the ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS set
out below. In the event of any conflict between PolyForm Noncommercial
1.0.0 and these Additional Permissions, these Additional Permissions
control to the extent of the conflict.

================================================================================
ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS — Commercial Use
================================================================================

The PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 prohibits "use of the software
for the commercial advantage or private monetary compensation". These
Additional Permissions restore that right, free of charge, if and only if
the User is a Qualifying Organization as defined in Section 2 below, OR
if the User has been granted a Commercial License by the Author under
Section 3 below.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Author" means James Chahwan, the original author and copyright
       holder of the Software.

1.2 "Commercial Use" has the meaning given in PolyForm Noncommercial
       1.0.0.

1.3 "Organization" means any legal entity (corporation, partnership,
LLC, foundation, cooperative, nonprofit, etc.), including its
parent entities, subsidiaries, and entities under common control.

1.4 "STEM Worker" means any natural person employed or contracted by
an Organization in a role primarily involving software
engineering, systems engineering, IT operations, security
engineering, data science, machine learning, devrel, technical
       writing, or technical product/program management.

1.5 "Worker-Owned" means an Organization in which workers (current
employees and worker-members) collectively hold not less than
fifty percent (50%) of the equity, voting rights, or governance
       control of the Organization.

1.6 "Certified B Corporation" means an Organization that holds, at
the time of use, current and in-good-standing certification as a
Benefit Corporation by B Lab Global or its national affiliate.

1.7 "Recognized Union" means a labor union, employee association,
works council, or analogous collective-bargaining body that is
lawfully recognized to represent employees of the Organization
under the labor laws of the jurisdiction where those employees
       work.

1.8 "Qualifying Union Coverage" means that at least fifty percent
(50%) of the Organization's STEM Workers worldwide are covered
by a Recognized Union under a collective bargaining agreement
       currently in force.

2. QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

An Organization is a Qualifying Organization, and may use the
Software for Commercial Use free of charge, if it satisfies any one
   or more of the following:

   (a) Small Organization: the Organization employs fewer than five
hundred (500) STEM Workers worldwide; OR

   (b) Worker-Owned Organization: the Organization is Worker-Owned; OR

   (c) Certified B Corporation: the Organization is a Certified B
       Corporation; OR

   (d) Unionized Organization: the Organization meets Qualifying Union
       Coverage; OR

   (e) Discretionary Grant: the Organization has been granted a
Commercial License by the Author under Section 3 below.

For clarity, the conditions in (a) through (d) are independent and
may be satisfied in any combination. An Organization that meets any
one of (a) through (d) is a Qualifying Organization regardless of
the others; in particular, any Organization that is both a Certified
B Corporation and meets Qualifying Union Coverage is a Qualifying
   Organization regardless of size.

3. COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR NON-QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

3.1 An Organization that does not satisfy Section 2 must obtain a
Commercial License from the Author before using the Software for
       Commercial Use.

3.2 The Author may grant Commercial Licenses on case-by-case terms,
at the Author's sole discretion. The Author may grant such
licenses free of charge, for compensation, or on any other
       lawful terms.

3.3 To request a Commercial License, contact the Author at
j.r.chahwan@gmail.com or open an issue at
       https://github.com/James-Chahwan/glia.

4. ATTRIBUTION

4.1 Any distribution of the Software (in source or binary form),
and any product or service that incorporates the Software,
must retain this license file and a clear attribution
statement identifying the Author and linking to the Software's
       repository.

5. TERMINATION

5.1 An Organization's rights under these Additional Permissions
terminate automatically if the Organization ceases to be a
Qualifying Organization (e.g., loses B Corporation
certification, drops below Qualifying Union Coverage, or grows
past five hundred STEM Workers without satisfying any other
       Section 2 condition).

5.2 Upon termination of these Additional Permissions, the
Organization's use is governed solely by PolyForm Noncommercial
1.0.0; continued Commercial Use requires a Commercial License
       under Section 3.

5.3 The Author may not retroactively revoke Commercial Use that was
Compliant under these Additional Permissions at the time of
use. Continued Commercial Use after termination, however, is
       governed by Section 5.2.

6. INTERPRETATION

6.1 These Additional Permissions are intended to be construed in
favor of broad noncommercial and worker-protective use. Any
ambiguity in Section 2 should be resolved in favor of granting,
not denying, Qualifying Organization status, where good-faith
       evidence supports such status.

6.2 Nothing in these Additional Permissions waives the warranty
disclaimers, limitations of liability, or other terms of
PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 not expressly modified here.
