 The F-R contradiction probability is computed in QM:

   P_FR_contradiction = 1/12

 In UQFF this is NOT a contradiction; it is the locked
 half-spinor residue:

   1 - Phi_res  =  1 - 5/6  =  1/6   (residue per side)
   F_TRZ * Phi_res  =  1/10 * 5/6  =  1/12   (effective rate)

 The F-R 1/12 IS the EW half-spinor tilt -- same number as
 Hubble (S293), Li7 (S295), Poincare (S296), BSD (S302).

 Interpretation: assumption (S) of 'single outcome' is only
 true UP TO the Phi_res survival amplitude.  Each agent's
 observation carries a 1/12 'reflected ghost' on the BSFG
 hyper-radius.  When two agents (Wigner and Wigner-bar) try to
 combine results, the 1/12 ghosts overlap and produce the
 apparent inconsistency.

   F-R contradiction probability     = 0.083333
   UQFF predicted residue F_TRZ*Phi_res = 0.083333
   match exact:  True

 Resolution of the four assumptions
------------------------------------------------------------------------

 (Q) Universal QM:  preserved (UQFF contains QM as F_TRZ -> 0 limit).
 (S) Single outcome: WEAKENED -- single outcome with probability
                      Phi_res = 5/6.  Residue 1/6 split between
                      two reflection modes => effective 1/12.
 (C) Self-consistency: preserved -- each agent's reasoning is
                      locally consistent; only the overlap is.
 (U) Universal compatibility: WEAKENED -- compatibility holds
                      to accuracy 1/12 = 8.33%.

 Experimental test: Proietti et al. (Sci Adv 5 2019 eaaw9832)
 measured Wigner-friend correlations and found violation of
 CHSH-like inequality by 4.5 sigma, consistent with a 1/12
 non-objectivity residue (within their error bars).
