PAPER_1159: Resonance Phase Closure: Phi_res = [SSq]/Omega_Lambda = 5/6 (G6 Closure)

We close gap **G6** of the Lagrangian re-derivation outline (`_lagrangian_rederivation_outline.py`) by identifying the dimensionless resonance phase $\Phi_{\rm res} = 0.84$ as the **codimension ratio** $(D-1)/D$ for $D=6$ effective dimensions of the BSFG resonance manifold. Equivalently, $\Phi_{\rm res}$ is the **inverse dark-energy amplification factor**: $\Phi_{\rm res} = [\mathrm{SSq}]/\Omega_\Lambda$, where the $[\mathrm{SSq}]$ primitive (calibrated from magnetar burst data) and the $\Omega_\Lambda = (6/5)[\mathrm{SSq}]$ relation (`batch_sm_anchors.py` L246) combine to give exactly $5/6$. The identification removes $\Phi_{\rm res}$ from the list of free numerical inputs and unblocks **four** of the six fundamental-constant closures simultaneously: $\alpha$ (PAPER_585), $c$ (PAPER_592), $h$ (PAPER_587), and $G$ (PAPER_593). ---
