Shell for the five auth pages (sign-in + the four password-reset steps).
These deliberately do NOT extend base.html and load no CSS framework — see
the header of static/assets/css/auth.css for why. Two stylesheets only:
themes/eva-01.css for the :root token block, then auth.css for everything
visual. Re-theming the auth pages is a one-line href swap here.
Blocks:
title — text, minus the " — Fincas" suffix
header — optional logo/title area above the card (sign-in uses it)
card — card contents; the only block a reset step needs
status_bar — the fixed footer strip; override to hide
