  List-page accessibility helpers (phase4-fields.md 5.7), a JS fragment
  included inside a list template's <script>:
  - selects marked data-auto-submit submit on change only when a pointer made
    the change; keyboard users (arrow keys fire "change" in some browsers)
    use the form's Apply button;
  - after a search or filter, the polite live region #erp-list-status is
    refilled so screen readers announce the result count (content present at
    page load is not announced).
