Two files, both under `vdi2770/validate/data/` in the wheel:

1. VDI 2770 XML schema — vdi2770/validate/data/VDI2770_Schema_2019-08-23.xsd

   Published free of charge by VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure) on the
   VDI 2770 guideline programme page. Redistributed verbatim, unmodified.
   Retrieved 2026-08-21 from
   https://www.vdi.de/fileadmin/pages/vdi_de/redakteure/richtlinien/dateien/vdi2770/VDI_2770_1_de_Deklaration_des_XML-Schemas_-_Declaration_of_the_XML_model.xsd
   The download page states no licence or terms of use and reserves VDI's
   rights. The file is treated as VDI's work and is redistributed unchanged.
   See THIRD_PARTY.md beside this file.

2. VDI 2770 document class table — vdi2770/validate/data/document-classes.json

   Table 1 of IDTA 02004 "Handover Documentation" v2.0.1, CC BY 4.0
   © Industrial Digital Twin Association, extracted and reformatted as JSON;
   the `ddcReference` names beside them are MIT © 2021 Johannes Schmidt.
   See THIRD_PARTY.md.

Nothing else here is anybody else's: no corpus, no message list, no vendored
text. Those are test material and are in neither wheel.

Until 0.8.0 these two files shipped in `vdi2770-validate` and this notice said
this package carried none. They moved when the two distributions became one;
the sentence did not, and for one release this file was wrong about the
artifact it travels in. A gate now opens each wheel and asks whether its own
notice names what it carries.

The text of the VDI 2770 guideline itself (VDI 2770 Blatt 1:2020-04) is sold by
DIN Media and is NOT included, quoted, or paraphrased anywhere in this project.
