The login form has no fields left, so all that remains of it is the "Log in"
button and, if the project wired up django.contrib.auth's password reset views,
a link to those. Hiding the form keeps the single sign-on buttons and any error
messages, both of which live outside of it.

The styles go into extrahead, not extrastyle, because admin_oauth's own
admin/login.html styles .admin-sso from there -- and extrahead comes last.
