SESSION - who is here

HOW TO READ SESSION

Column order (left->right): desk · status · waiting on · what / job. No separate line / project / node:pid / session_root columns.
Desk (stacked): line 1 = owner bold + mail icon; show · role only when role is set and ≠ owner; line 2 muted = node:pid under the name. Do not put project id under desk.
Mail icon = message this desk (opens mail popup; To = that owner; src = your human badge). Unread badge = that desk agent-unread (mill party=agent); hidden when zero. Human open is optional.
Status chip: working · idle · waiting · blocked (+ stale if heartbeat / lease dead).
Waiting on: desk ids / lease:resource / JOB:id - empty shows -. Lease blocks use desk or lease:resource (not role). Roles in waiting_on are for mail/coord waits, not file locks. Column hides when no desk waits. Never vague "waiting" with no target.
What / job: short doing; JOB+ETA+progress when claimed (no claimed JOB ⇒ chip idle even if doing set). Muted project id under what (e.g. mill) - not the disk path (session_root tooltip on desk OK only).
Honesty: agents clear waiting_on when unblocked / JOB done (CLI waiting-on --waiting-on ""). Pulse Waiting = desks with non-empty waiting_on. Wire OFF by default.

FLOOR - office glance

Map: Desk nodes (default) or Workstation host rollup; edges = mail traffic; unread/tokens/done chips. Timeline: one lane per desk - working/waiting/idle + token spark + jobs-done. Shared time chips. Detail opens beside (peer panes; drag the split; no below-fold). Mail tab = work pile; Scorecards = deep KPI.

Organize what & when (label / cut) - Wall for humans; mill API/CLI for planning agents; same records. Default = this cut (parked + upcoming). Pull to floor opens a JOB. No todo/doing/done columns here.

LIST: 2-col selected-dst messages (wrap↔nowrap). GRAPH: dst -> src -> messages (col3 = selected src->dst). No bare human setter-upper as dst.
