1. Introduction
This paper introduces a synthetic methodology for testing.
2. Methods
We perform a serial dilution of compound X starting at 10 mM into PBS buffer using a P200 pipette, in a 96-well plate. Cells are incubated at 37 C for 24 hours before luminescence readout on a SpectraMax M5 plate reader. Statistical analysis uses GraphPad Prism with one-way ANOVA.
3. Results
Dose response curves were monotonic across all replicates.
4. Conclusion
methods-mcp correctly extracted the section.
