Bio (icvoss/django-brickwork#116): compact person strip for the foot of an
article or a short about band. Structural include (BR-BW-MKT §4d).

Sibling of `_portrait.html` (the full marketing band). Not the Editorial
author archetype and not `_testimonial.html`.

Required context: none. An all-empty bio renders nothing.

Optional context:
  image   (safe string): pre-rendered HTML for a small square portrait.
          Caller owns escaping. Package CSS constrains `img` to 1:1 and
          object-fit cover.
  name    (str): display name.
  role    (str): short role line.
  body    (str): short biography paragraph.
  profile ({label, url}): optional link to a full profile page.
  profile_label / profile_href (str, #98): flat form of profile; dict wins
          when both are supplied.

Named blocks (semver-public, BR-BW-TPL-001): image, name, role, body,
profile. Flat context variables render byte-identical when blocks are
unused.

States: none.
Accessibility: name is a strong line, not an <h2>, so an article foot does
  not inject a heading into the page outline; the caller supplies an
  accessible name on the image. Covered by axe.spec.mjs against
  sections-*.html, both themes.
Responsive: always a horizontal flex row that wraps cleanly; no
  breakpoint-gated layout switch.
