Findings this storyboard surfaced: the Step 2.5 cancellation defect (scenario 2 — folded into the plan); Finding 17 (LOW) lingering sidecar on switch-to-empty/unavailable (scenario 5). De-risked: delete-while-running is already blocked (scenario 8); moved-folder/new-project never render a stale report (scenarios 4–5).
