GMC YOOtheme MCP / CLI / Skill - Commercial Licence
===================================================
Copyright (C) 2026 GMC. All rights reserved.

This is COMMERCIAL software. It is sold per licence through the GMC
store (GMC Licenses) and through MCP Marketplace, and is not open
source. Possession of a copy of this package does not by itself grant
any right to use it: the rights below exist only for the duration and
scope of a valid entitlement issued to you, except for the free
read-only use described in section 1A.

==============================================================
1. What your licence lets you do
==============================================================

Subject to a valid entitlement, GMC grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable licence to:

    a. Install and run the MCP server, the CLI and the agent Skill on
       machines operated by you or your organisation.
    b. Use them to administer the websites covered by the entitlement
       you purchased.
    c. Modify the code for your own internal use, and keep those
       modifications private.
    d. Make backup copies for your own use.

==============================================================
1A. Free read-only use
==============================================================

Anyone who obtained the package from GMC or from the Python Package
Index (PyPI) may, without a licence key, install it and use the
features that only read from a website - the tools and commands that
the software itself marks as read-only - on websites they are
authorised to administer. The same free use covers the preview
(dry run) of the features that offer one, as the software runs it: a
preview reads the website and reports what would change, without
changing it. The features that change a website, including applying a
previewed change, are not part of this free use and require a valid
entitlement. The free use is subject to sections 2, 4, 5 and 6 and may
be changed or withdrawn in a future version.

==============================================================
2. What your licence does NOT let you do
==============================================================

You may NOT, in whole or in part:

    a. Redistribute, publish, share, upload, mirror or otherwise make
       the package available to anyone outside your organisation.
       (Copies that package indexes, proxies or caches make
       automatically while installing it are not a redistribution by
       you.)
    b. Sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense or assign it, or
       incorporate it into a product or service you distribute.
    c. Share your licence key, or use one key to serve sites or
       organisations the entitlement does not cover.
    d. Remove, alter or obscure the copyright, licence or attribution
       notices in the source files.

This is the substantive difference from a permissive open-source
licence: nothing here grants you the right to distribute or sell
copies. If you need redistribution rights (for example to bundle the
toolkit into an offering of your own), ask for a written agreement.

==============================================================
3. Licence key and entitlement
==============================================================

The features that change a website check the entitlement of your
licence key with the service that issued it: GMC Licenses for keys
bought from GMC, MCP Marketplace for keys bought there. The check runs
on your machine and could be patched; circumventing, disabling or
patching it out does not enlarge the rights granted in this licence.

    a. A key bought from GMC gives the rights of the tier you
       purchased (Solo: one natural person on one machine; Base and
       Agency: as stated at purchase), for the purchased period.
    b. A key obtained through MCP Marketplace (mcp-marketplace.io;
       keys beginning "mcp_live_") is equivalent to the GMC Solo tier:
       one user - one natural person - on one machine at a time, for
       as long as the MCP Marketplace subscription is paid and active.
       It does not give the multi-machine or agency rights of the Base
       or Agency tiers; those are bought from GMC.

==============================================================
4. Components under other licences
==============================================================

Two categories of code shipped or installed alongside this toolkit are
NOT covered by the licence above and keep their own terms:

    a. `extras/mu-yootheme-rest.php` - the WordPress must-use companion
       plugin. It calls WordPress APIs and is therefore a derivative
       work of WordPress, which is GPL-2.0-or-later; that file is
       licensed GPL-2.0-or-later and you may redistribute it under
       those terms independently of this agreement.
       (The same split applies to the companion plugin shipped with
       GMC's elementor-mcp toolkit.)

    b. Third-party Python packages pulled in by `pip` (mcp, httpx,
       pydantic, platformdirs, click, paramiko and their own
       dependencies). Each keeps the licence of its own project. They
       are dependencies, not part of this work, and are neither
       relicensed nor sublicensed by this file.

==============================================================
5. Trademark
==============================================================

"GMC" and the GMC product names are trademarks of the copyright
holder. Nothing in this licence grants any right to use them. In
particular you may not present a modified copy under the GMC name or
any name likely to be confused with it.

"YOOtheme", "WordPress" and "Joomla" are trademarks of their
respective owners. This toolkit is an independent product and is not
affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

==============================================================
6. Warranty and liability
==============================================================

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This toolkit writes to live websites. Keep your own backups. The
backup files it produces are a convenience, not a backup strategy.

==============================================================
7. Acceptance
==============================================================

By installing or using this software you accept these terms. If you do
not agree, do not use it and request a refund through the official
channel within the refund window of your purchase plan (for an MCP
Marketplace subscription, through MCP Marketplace).
