Standalone viewer page inside the canonical SDK app shell (stats
pattern): host chrome comes from scitex_sdk/app/app_shell.html (hub
maps it to its own base page; standalone uses the SDK UI shell).
The leaf owns only identity via the canonical AppHeader row below
(title span, never an h1 — a mounted leaf must not add a second H1)
plus #live-paper-root, which the viewer.js boot reads (data-api-base
for the API, data-empty-reason for the empty state, status block for
the boot payload). extra_js mounts the header component first, then
mermaid vendor + the viewer orchestrator module.

The claim model callout stays: the engine consumes scitex-clew's
claim model and never defines it.
