# mflux-web

This project reserves the `mflux-web` distribution name on PyPI. It is not a
required dependency for `mflux` or third-party web UI packages.

It ships only `mflux.web.demo`, a small web UI using Python's standard-library
HTTP server. It does not ship `mflux/__init__.py` or `mflux/web/__init__.py`:
`mflux.web` remains an implicit namespace shared with independently installed UIs.

```sh
pip install mflux-web
mflux-web
```

Open <http://127.0.0.1:8000>. From this checkout, use `just demo`.
The demo also runs with `python -m mflux.web.demo`. No runtime dependencies are
required. With core `mflux` installed in a separate source directory, its parent
initializer must extend the package path to discover the demo.

Earlier releases shipped `mflux/web/__init__.py`. Upgrade to a corrected release
or uninstall those versions to restore the implicit namespace layout.

Reserving this distribution name does not reserve or control the Python import
namespace `mflux.web`.

If you want to contribute a new web UI package using Gradio, FastAPI, FastHTML,
or another framework, refer to the
[mflux README](https://github.com/mflux-community/mflux#readme) for project guidance.
