Videx uses a local media engine that supports many public and authorized sources. Support can change when a source site changes its player, access rules, or API.
Unsupported source: update Videx and check the local engine’s current support. Login required: use only an authorized local cookie file where the source permits it. DRM protected: Videx cannot process it. Outdated engine: install the latest Videx release.
Download only media you own or have permission to save. Keep credentials and cookie files on your own machine, protect them like passwords, and delete temporary cookie files when they are no longer needed.
