    Same markup as pretix's own ticket download buttons (fragment_downloads.html): a
    form.download-btn-form wrapping a button. That's what its CSS styles — the form is
    display:inline and sibling forms get a .5em left margin — so the button lines up
    beside the ticket buttons instead of dropping onto its own line.
