OpenMP and the system Accelerate framework. Their license texts are included in
licenses/ (OpenBLAS BSD, LLVM Apache-2.0 with LLVM exceptions, GCC GPL-3.0 with
the GCC Runtime Library Exception, and LGPL-2.1 for libquadmath if bundled).

Python bindings use nanobind (BSD-3-Clause) and its robin-map dependency (MIT).
Their notices are in licenses/ and included in Python installations.
